Because our goal was to increase brand awareness among a new audience, it was important to lean into Mount Gay Rum heritage through sailing motifs/forms by way of clean typography, bold brand presence, and rich but aromatic color palettes. Whether it was through evolutionary or revolutionary packaging we wanted to make sure our audience could easily identify Mount Gay Rum & start to realize the key aspects of the brand.
